The Circle of Health will make direct payments on your behalf to insurance companies and government agencies, pharmacies, durable medical equipment vendors and medical care providers. If you make payments through payroll deductions we will make the payments once we know who your employer is.

You will receive a member card that you can present to a medical provider who requires a co-pay. Present this card when a co-pay is requested. There will be an explanation on the back of your ID card. If the card is refused we will reimburse you for the costs. The Circle of Health will work with your provider and educate them about our plan.
